Returns

We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The damaged product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damage.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once our team verifies the claim, we will arrange for a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned with all tags, accessories, and original contents intact.

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, the exchange will be processed.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
  • Customers may be required to bear applicable shipping charges for exchanges.
